Enjoy the Airshow presented by the Aerial Demonstration Squadron of the Brazilian Air Force. The Squadron is nicknamed: Esquadrilha da Fumaça (The Smoke Squadron). All Squadron presentations in July 2023 will be in honor of the 150th anniversary of the birth of Alberto Santos Dumont, the “Father of Aviation.” This show occurred on Sunday, June 25th, at 4 pm at Praia de Itaúna. It was the first time that the Squadron carried out a presentation in the City of Saquarema. An estimated +50k audience was onsite for the production. In 2022, the Squadron celebrated 70 years of performances (Established in 1952). Exhibitions take place in 22 countries and over 760 cities.
The Aerial Demonstration Squadron of the Brazilian Air Force has showcased over 4000 demonstrations. Consisting of 12 pilots and seven planes during each rally.
